Israeli assaults have been counterproductive while promoting Iranian cohesion, according to experts

Israel’s military operations have targeted not only Iran’s nuclear facilities and missile production sites but also prominent individuals within the nation’s military hierarchy and its nuclear research community. Experts indicate that Israel appears to be focused on undermining Iran’s credibility, both domestically and among its regional allies—elements that could potentially destabilize the Iranian leadership.

Hamid Gholamzadeh, director of Tehran’s Diplo House think-tank, asserts that Israeli attacks on Iranian energy and other sites have not succeeded in inciting domestic unrest; instead, they have fostered a sense of unity among the population.

Netanyahu has provided a significant advantage to the Iranians. “The outcome of the attacks has been significant unity among the Iranians,” Gholamzadeh stated in an interview with Al Jazeera, highlighting that the prevailing sentiment within the country continues to be one of defiance.

Many are asserting that the focus is not on the Islamic Republic, nor on the government, and certainly not on the reformists. The focus is solely on Iran in its entirety.

According to Gholamzadeh, Iranians have faced numerous challenges throughout the last fifty years.

“The population endured eight years of conflict during Saddam Hussein’s war against Iran, which significantly impacted their welfare.”  The country’s situation has undergone a significant transformation compared to the present day. At that time, it exhibited significantly reduced strength. The problem has changed completely.
